SAP Earnings Slip, But Revenues Rise
Zacks.com submits: SAP AG (SAP) released its earnings results for third quarter 2010, reporting earnings per share of €0.42 or 54 cents. The company’s earnings for the quarter missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 67 cents by 20%. RevenueSAP AG reported total revenues of €3 billion or $3.87 billion, above the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3.81 billion. The revenues in the quarter increased by 13% at constant currency, led by strong growth in software revenue, support revenue and double digit growth in subscription revenue. The company recorded double-digit growth in software and software related service revenue and the contribution of Sybase.
